Commitment to Environmental Responsibility
As sustainability becomes a global imperative, Cokoaiai is taking decisive steps to transform its printing operations into a low-carbon and eco-conscious manufacturing system. The company’s latest initiative, “Green Print 2025,” focuses on sustainable materials, clean energy usage, and circular production.

Eco-Friendly Materials and Inks
Cokoaiai has already transitioned 60% of its paper consumption to FSC-certified sources, with a goal of reaching 80% by 2025. All inks used across its product lines are now soy-based or water-based, significantly reducing VOC emissions. Lamination films have also been replaced with biodegradable alternatives, maintaining print quality while protecting the environment.
Energy Efficiency and Waste Reduction
The company’s new prepress and binding equipment use energy-saving systems that cut electricity consumption by up to 20%. Waste paper from cutting and trimming is sorted and reprocessed into recycled pulp. Meanwhile, a digital proofing workflow has minimized paper proofing waste by 70%, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to sustainability.

Empowering a Greener Supply Chain
Cokoaiai also works with suppliers and publishing partners to promote green certification across its ecosystem. The initiative has gained positive feedback from European and American clients seeking environmentally responsible book production.
“Printing beautifully and printing responsibly can go hand in hand,” said the company’s general manager. “We believe true quality must include respect for the planet.”
